When the liquid enters the filter basket through the main pipe, solid impurity particles are blocked inside the filter basket, while clean fluid passes through the filter basket and is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is required, unscrew the bottom plug of the main pipe, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, clean it, and reinstall it. Therefore, it is extremely convenient to use and maintain.

Maintenance and upkeep

1. The core part of the filter is the filter element, which is composed of a filter frame and stainless steel wire mesh. Stainless steel wire mesh is a vulnerable part and requires special protection;

2. After the filter has been working for a period of time, impurities settle in the filter core, causing an increase in pressure drop and a decrease in flow rate. It is necessary to promptly remove impurities from the filter core;

3. When cleaning impurities, special attention should be paid to ensure that the stainless steel wire mesh on the filter element is not deformed or damaged. Otherwise, if the filter is installed again, the purity of the filtered medium will not meet the design requirements, and equipment such as compressors, pumps, and instruments will be damaged;

4. If the stainless steel wire mesh is found to be deformed or damaged, it needs to be replaced immediately.
